  • Coastal Migratory Pelagics Framework Amendment 9 (Spanish Mackerel Accountability Measures)
  • Shrimp Amendment 11 (Shrimp Cold-Weather Transit Provisions)

Once comments are submitted using the online comment form, they are posted to the Council's website for the public to view.

DEADLINES: 

November 25, 2019: 
Written comments (online and those submitted by mail/fax) received by close of business the Monday before the meeting (11/25/19) will be compiled, posted to the website as part of the meeting materials, and included in the administrative record.  Please use the online comment form to ensure your comments get distributed immediately to Council.

November 26 - December 5: 
Individuals that wish to submit comments after November 25 must use the Council's online comment form. Comments will automatically be posted to the website and available for Council consideration. Comments received prior to noon on Thursday of the Council meeting (12/05/19) will be a part of the meeting administrative record.

 

  • Formal Public Comment Session, Wednesday, December 4th beginning at 4:00 PM.

 

  • Red Snapper- The Snapper Grouper Committee will review Snapper Grouper Regulatory Amendment 33, which considers options for modifying the red snapper season.

 

  • Dolphin Wahoo- The committee will continue to discuss management options for both dolphin and wahoo to include in draft Amendment 10 to the Dolphin Wahoo Fishery Management Plan.

 

  • Coastal Migratory Pelagics- The committee will continue to discuss CMP Framework Amendment 8, which considers adjustments to king mackerel season 2 trip limits. They will also consider proposed modifications to Spanish Mackerel Accountability Measures via CMP Framework Amendment 9.
