- For vermilion snapper, set an OFL to increase to 1,371,000 lbs ww in 2023, ABC to increase to 1,336,000 lbs ww in 2023 and remain in place until modified, total ACL=ABC. Allocations remained 68% commercial 32% recreational.
- For black sea bass, set an OFL to increase to 703,000 lbs ww in 2021, ABC to increase to 643,000 lbs ww in 2021 and remain in place until modified, total ACL=ABC.
