Adjusted annual catch limits and optimum yield for golden tilefish, considered specifying a commercial annual catch target, and revised recreational accountability measures for golden tilefish.

- Revised golden tilefish ACL as ACL=OY=yield at 75%Fmsy when stock is at equilibrium.
- Revised recreational golden tilefish AMs to the following: if annual landings exceed the ACL in a given year the RA will publish a notice to close the season. landings the following year shall be monitored and the RA will publish a notice to reduce the length of the season if necessary.
