Amendment Summary
Adjusted annual catch limits for vermilion snapper and red porgy, and removed the 4-month recreational closure for vermilion snapper.

- Revised the ACL and OY for vermilion snapper: ACL=OY=ABC which resulted in an ACL 1,372,000 lb ww in 2013 increasing to 1,269,000 lbs ww in 2016 to remain in place until modified. The com allocation is 68% and the rec allocation is 32%.
- Modified the commercial trip limit for vermilion snapper from 1,500 lbs gw to 1,000 lbs gw until 75% of commercial ACL is met then reduce the trip limit to 500 lbs gw.
- Removed the recreational season closure for vermilion snapper.
- Revised the ACL and OY for red porgy: ACL=OY=ABC which resulted in an ACL of 306,000 lbs ww in 2013 increasing to 401,000 lbs ww in 2016 to remain in place until modified.
