- Set the ACL=OY=95% of ABC which resulted in an ACL of 666,000 lbs gw in 2015 increasing to 773,000 lbs gw in 2019 which will remain in place until modified.
- Set the ACL=OY=ABC for wreckfish which resulted in an ACL of 433,000 lbs ww in 2015 increasing to 389,100 lbs ww in 2020 which will remain in place until modified.

The Council facilitates a designated public comment opportunity on the draft amendment.

The Council votes to approve the amendment and send it to NOAA Fisheries.
