Amendment Summary
Adjusted the annual catch limits, optimum yield, and commercial and recreational management measures for blueline tilefish changed the fishing year for yellowtail snapper and increased the bag limit for black sea bass.

- Set the BLT ACL=OY=78% of ABC which resulted in a total ACL of 174,798 lbs ww in 2016, increased the commercial tip limit for BLT to 300 lbs gw, adjusted the rec BLT bag limit to 3 f/p/d May through Aug within the aggregate bag limit.
- Increased the rec bag limit for BSB to 7 f/p/d.
- Modified the commercial season year for YTS to Aug 1 – Jul 31 and the recreational season to Aug 1 – Jul 31.
