- Modified the commercial hook-and-line trip limits for Gulf king mackerel, changed the commercial Gulf king mackerel season to October 1st through September 30th for the eastern zone northern subzone.
- Established a provision allowing transit through areas closed to king mackerel fishing for vessels possessing king mackerel that were legally harvested in the EEZ off areas open to king mackerel fishing.
- Established commercial quotas for Atlantic king mackerel and Atlantic Spanish mackerel. Modified the CMP FMP Framework procedure.
- Modified the Gulf and Atlantic cobia ACLs and ACTs.
