Implemented Regulations

• Set the minimum size limits and regulations for the importation of spiny lobster into the United States, including a carapace length greater than 3 inches or a tail length greater than 5.5 inches if only the tail is present, no lobster may be imported when no in whole tail form with the exoskeleton attached, no important with eggs attached or if eggs and swimmerets have been removed.
